Use this window to view the contracts for the selected employee.
An employee can have more than one contract record. Each contract is displayed in a row in a grid.
To create a new contract record for the selected staff member, click New. The HESA Contract window is displayed and you can enter the details.
To edit a contract record, select a row in the grid and click Edit. The HESA Contract window is displayed and you can entyer the details.
To delete a contract record, select the row in the grid and click Delete. The HESA Contract window is displayed. Click Delete to confirm deletion.
If you do not want to make any changes to the data but just want to view the data, click View.
When you create or edit a contract, you can use the following buttons on the window:
Click Define to view details of the fields required for the Staff Contract Record. A page on the HESA website is displayed in your browser.
Click OK to save your data.
Click Close to close the window.
